How do you waste the most time every day?

Okay, so the question is how I waste most of my time in a day. Is it through activities like sleeping, reading, singing, bathing, eating, exercising, or something else that can be either very productive or less productive? Well, it turns out that most of us, including myself, tend to waste a significant amount of time in unproductive ways.

One common way we waste time is during moments like being stuck in traffic signals. Instead of utilizing that time for something meaningful, we often find ourselves getting frustrated or annoyed by the situation. Similarly, we sometimes waste time by engaging in arguments or fights to satisfy our ego and come out as the winner, even though it may not serve any purpose.

Another time-wasting activity is overthinking. We can spend hours sitting idle and pondering over unnecessary things or getting caught up in topics that only confuse us and lead to more unnecessary questions. I admit that I sometimes fall into this trap myself.

Moreover, there are activities like procrastination, getting involved in conversations with people who speak nonsense but we have to entertain them, maybe because they are our boss, a local leader, or even goons. These situations can consume a considerable amount of our time without any productive outcome.

However, it’s important to note that not all fun activities should be considered a waste of time. Having moments of enjoyment and laughter is an essential part of life and can provide much-needed rejuvenation.
